Goodlife - Sprouting Seeds - Alfalfa 100grm

Alfalfa Sprouts

Organic Sprouting Seeds, designed to be sprouted in our Jar Kits. Known as the King of Ancient Foods, Alfalfa are a nutritionally dense spout with a delicious delicate nutty flavour.  Seeds come in a resealable bag.

Super popular for those starting on their home sprouting journey - these sprouts go with everything!

How to grow:
  1. Add 1 heaped tablespoon of seeds to your 500ml sprouting jar / or 2 heaped tablespoons of seeds to your 1ltr sprouting jar.
  2. Add water and soak seeds in sprouting jar for 8-10 hours (or overnight).
  3. Do a final rinse and turn your sprouting jar upside down and let the water drain through the mesh lid. Place on a saucer in your pantry or bench-top.
  4. Continue to rinse seeds in water 2-3 times a day, shaking out excess water.
  5. Keep out of direct sunlight. Seeds are ready in 4-6 days when the jar is full.

How to store:

  1. Rinse and dry on a paper towel before storing in a glass jar/bowl in the fridge.
  2. Add to salads, sandwiches, wraps, smoothies and dips.
  3. Enjoy darlings!
