Edith Mueller & Pascal Sigrist, both Swiss, immigrated to New Zealand in the year 2000 with the vision to establish their own business here, Organic Delights was founded shortly after.
We are proud to use all organic or certified organic ingredients of the highest quality in the production of our goodies, to achieve superb Swiss Quality Chocolate Products, which is paramount to us.
The basic Cocoa and Chocolate Couverture we use is our own blend which consists of Belgian and of course Swiss chocolate couverture and our recipes have a strong European/Swiss influence. Nuts, dried fruits, honey, herbs etc we source as locally as we can to support local economy in Rodney.
We have a NO GMO policy and we are a peanut free production facility.
Our baked range is mainly gluten, dairy or egg free to cater for all those special requests. Through developing several recipes we could prove that although these goodies are made with different other flours or do not contain dairy or eggs, still taste and look superb.
