WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
Our shipping cost is $7.50 per order or $12.99 for rural and the South Island. For all orders over $149.00 it's free postage within NZ (except for 20kgs and over and bulk items which are calculated and we come back to you with a cost) $18 to Australia and $35 to post overseas.
WHERE CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED TO?
Presently we ship to the following countries. Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, El Salvador, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Samoa, Singapore, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Tonga, UK, USA, Vanuatu, Uruguay and Vietnam.

*Saudi Arabia - order should be placed in USD and shipping fee is calculated in USD as per weight of products in order. Free shipping is not applicable on any order. The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 24 hours (Monday - Friday).
Depending on your country and location, your order should arrive within 2-12 business days of the time your order is processed, using It's Organic Darling standard shipping methods. We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.
It's Organic Darling product orders are dispatched from our New Zealand warehouse via the following methods:
- New Zealand parcels are sent by courier
- Australia parcels are dispatched from New Zealand by air and handled by Toll Courier Service once in Australia. All orders are trackable
- World Wide – parcels are sent via New Zealand Air Post and by International Courier. 95% of all orders are trackable

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS CLEARANCE?
The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee.
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within thirty business days of your receipt of goods.

TERRACYCLE:
We are in the process of setting up a working relationship and processes with TerraCycle to ensure that all the products we sell are eco friendly and/or recyclable. Our goods are sent in kraft boxes which are recyclable and can be used in conjunction with our returns policy which we are putting in place with TerraCycle.
