Based on the coffee blend that won the supreme trophy for best coffee at the Huhtamaki NZ Coffee Awards 2013/14 beating over 300 entries. A complex, full bodied coffee, a skilled barista will get the best from this coffee.

Full bodied with apricot and floral aroma, sweet caramel and fudge flavours and spicy clove aftertaste.

Origin: Oromia Coop, Oromia, Ethiopia 1550-2200 meters above sea level, birthplace of coffee, known for its unique vegetation.

Variety: Blend of washed and cherry dried Yirgacheffe and Sidamo varieties

Roaster’s Notes: Coffee for any preparation. Vanilla chocolate aroma. Rich coffee with dried fruit, chocolate malt flavours and some citrus. Sweet, strong lingering aftertaste.
