Incafe Fiesta Coffee

Full bodied, rounded and smooth. Giving good mouth feel. Dark chocolate with maple syrup, vanilla and floral flavours with a hint of mild cedar, goes down very smoothly.

Origin: Coopchebi Coop, Chanchamayo, Peru. 1600-1900 meters above sea level, shade-grown. Permata Gayo Coop, central Aceh, Indonesia.1200-1600 meters above sea level, Shade-grown.

Variety: Blend of washed, semi-washed, cherry dried mostly Caturra variety and wet hulled Catimor.

Roaster’s Notes: Espresso coffee with good balance. Subtle strawberry aroma. Medium dark chocolate with cinnamon berry notes. Sweet, toast lingering aftertaste.

Grind: Whole Beans
