After a five week delay we were advised by email on 21 May from It's Organic Darling (IOD) that the items had been "shipped". While a tracking number was issued by IOD it became clear after a week from the NZ Post tracking app that the items had not been picked up by the courier. Only after an email from us to IOD did NZ Post get the call to pick up the package, which they did on 2 June (as advised by them). Over the period two emails were sent to IOD seeking clarification but neither were responded to. To add to the poor service, we received the email request for feedback before we had received the goods. That email stated that the order had been "fulfilled 16 days ago" (despite our emails to IOD saying otherwise). The issue here was not the items but the service. We won't deal with It's Organic Darling again
So economical, didn't dry out my skin and lathers up well. Only need the smallest amount. Buying it again and trying another scent . Highly recommend 👍
