While travelling southwards we stopped at illy’s cafe in Tapanui for a break. We ordered tea and I was prepared to go to great lengths by squeezing the tea bag to get a decent cup to get a good brew having suffered some unsatisfactory cuppa’s elsewhere. But joy o joy the tea poured to a lovely golden brown colour and I was impressed enough to order some when I arrived home. I must order some more.

Love this brand. Can be a little sticky but a little goes a long way. The natural fragrances are really nice, not too overpowering. Smooth texture aswell.
