Far too small for a proper cup of coffee , sizes were not clear to choose. Minimum 8 cms height gives 8oz of liquid. This is what we require plus a firm base and lid. What would this cost?
This stick is so dense that it can't easily be applied, even with water. Didn't work for me to prevent odor. Waste of money as I will throw out.

The blend of ingredients is really good. However, I'm just not that keen on Valerian as I find the flavour overpowering. I haven't found it's made a huge difference for me sleep wise, but it is very soothing to drink.
