Gentle and versatile, Manuka oil is sourced from a shrub native to New Zealand. It has a range of cleansing and healing properties that support conditioning skin care, as well as natural respiration and recovery from congestion. Blends well with: Orange Sweet, Lavender Spike, Eucalyptus, Fir Balsam and Kanuka.
Skin health - itchiness
Add 5-10 drops to a bath. Repeat twice a week or as required. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
Apply 1-2 drops to itchy bites, repeat as required.
Congestion
Add 5 drops to 5 drops each of Lavender Spike and Eucalyptus. Use via steam inhalation or dilute in 2ml Sweet Almond oil and rub over the chest and back. Repeat as required.
Yeast infection - women
Add 5 drops to the bath or 2 drops to a douche. Repeat daily as required. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes. Or, add 1 drop to 1/2 Tsp of organic Aloe Vera Gel, mix, apply to a small tampon, insert into the vagina and leave for up to 2 hours.
Skin cleanse - for dry skin
Add 5 drops to your face and body wash. Apply daily as required.
