Broccoli Sprouts

Power Food Superstar - designed to be sprouted in our Goodlife Jar Kits. NZ grown, non-heat treated seeds and spray free. Comes in a resealable bag.

Broccoli is known for its anti-cancer properties and is a recognised superfood for those on a massive health journey. Grow these highly potent sprouts to use in smoothies, salads, wraps and sandwiches.

How to grow:
  1. Add 1 heaped tablespoon of seeds to your 500ml sprouting jar / or 2 heaped tablespoons of seeds to your 1ltr sprouting jar.
  2. Add water and soak seeds in sprouting jar for 8-10 hours (or overnight).
  3. Do a final rinse and turn your sprouting jar upside down and let the water drain through the mesh lid. Place on a saucer in your pantry or bench-top.
  4. Continue to rinse seeds in water 2-3 times a day, shaking out excess water.
  5. Keep out of direct sunlight. Seeds are ready in 4-6 days when the jar is full.

How to store:

  1. Rinse and dry on a paper towel before storing in a glass jar/bowl in the fridge.
  2. Add to salads, sandwiches, wraps, smoothies and dips.
  3. Enjoy darlings!

Sprouting Seeds

A great way to have fresh produce in the house - enjoying the sprouting broccoli and mung bean sprouts and am looking forward to trying the spicy mix next.

Couldn’t be any happier with my purchase. Seeds sprouted really well. Packaging was phenomenal. I would recommend buying from this store. My purchase came with a little surprise which was awesome. Thanks for looking after your customers so well.

Yummy, they even taste like broccoli. Only negative was that they get caught up in the mesh.
