It is extracted from citrus fruits such as lemons, limes, oranges and sometimes berries.
AHA - Lactic Acid: Lactic Acid is an AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acid) that acts as an exfoliant, promoting skin cell turnover. It also contains a natural moisture factor which helps keep the skin hydrated. Our lactic acid is vegan and is manufactured from glucose syrup derived from maize.
